Left? Done? What you mean? |
Look for VDA to implode. They are losing some of their best players in every age group. College recruiting is not going well for 26’s and will drop for ‘27’s. Not even BP can save VDA from the mess that AS and QP have created. Arlington and Union will run NOVA. |
Why would VDA explode? They have been doing well especially in older age groups. I think BP is reshaping things and will pull all his connections. |
| Implode bud. Read |
Union? BWAHHAHA HA HA HA HA HAHA Island of misfit toys. |
If you have been around soccer in the DMV you would know things change really quickly- Clubs blow up, teams follow coaches to new clubs, etc. The only consistent thing is drama, hurt feelings and kids getting screwed. |
Looking forward to having you join us! |
Insecure Arlington parent. VDA will be fine as they continue to ascend and take all the players around as they want to be in the environment BP has created. They all trust the process. #VDAFamily #LetsGoVDA |
Trust the process or the guaranteed USYNT ID invites? |
BP and DD are like peas in a pod. |
uhhhhhhhhhh |

Arlington feels like the only normal club left in this area. Probably because they have a great financial position and don’t have to invite all the chaos in like others.
good coaches for both genders, good Technical staff, good fields and no stupid ‘alliances’ to distract. They also have really good college placement |
Arlington doesn’t need an alliance. They have the most players of any club in nova. Pretty average college placement for ECNL. |
Agree with this but average for ECNL is pretty good. |
I am not sure I would say it is "average". If your goal is P4, yeah, they are middle tier. But if you mix in academic as well as P4, then they are pretty good. In the last two years you have at least 3 Ivy and a shit ton of super high academic schools (Georgetown, USC, Vandy, Hopkins and too many top tier D3 schools to name). For parents in this area, they'd willingly trade the scholarship money for the admissions ticket. |
