Give us one example of Trump pardoning someone who had not already done their time.

Name one person he pardoned preemptively.

Will Trump honor these pardons? I do not see him doing that and we know SCOTUS will back Trump.

Guys, it’s 2025…let’s stop worrying about Fauci and instead brace ourselves for what comes next:

Trump has surrounded himself with self-interested corporate advisors and wacky celebs.

What kind of good counsel will they provide Trump?

Buckle up!

ICYMI: Joe Rogan and Mark Zuckerberg were prominently seated in the church service this morning.

Trump can do whatever he wants now and just preemptively pardon his minions as he goes.

He was going to do that anyway.

Trump pardoned his minions last time. Of course he’s going to do it again. Biden is just following the precedent Trump set.

Pardons aren’t new. Clinton’s pardons were notorious. It’s the scale of the preemptive pardons that will cause litigation.

The left always does first what they accuse the right of doing. Today was a perfect example.

I don’t think Fauci was a real target. Milley was and is.

Huh? Exactly how might they not be "constitutionally valid"?

Where does the constitution say you can pardon someone who hasn’t even been convicted? Just because it’s been done before doesn’t mean it has withstood a court challenge.

Pardons are for leniency and a statement against what the executive thinks was an unfair trial or conviction. Not for protecting political allies from investigation or trial in the first place.

See you in court.

didn’t trump consider pardoning himself? 🤔

No

“The Constitution provides that the President "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States, except in cases of impeachment." [Footnote 6]
The power thus conferred is unlimited, with the exception stated. It extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken or during their pendency or after conviction and judgment.”

So the bolded. “Offences against the United States”.

What offensive are those?

Yes. Trump has his work cut out.

Deflections about pardons and declassifying stuff is totally beside the point.

Meanwhile Joe lied about preemptive pardons 4 years ago.

what is sleazy about protecting a doctor who has been a public servant for his entire professional career?

Shameful statement.

It’s wrong to use taxpayer funds for illegal research in china.

Bezos, Cook, and google guy are there as well. The tech guys are seated together; Rogan was seated up front…because celebs are more important in the New World Order caste.

You have to dig a little deeper. He knew all these Covid masks were theatre and the social distancing. The children who were harmed not going to school and the anxiety that remains. Jen Garner’s daughter still walks around in a mask.

Let’s not bring kids into it. For all we know she has a medical condition.
