Take it to SCOTUS. Preemptive pardons have never been reviewed by the courts. Maybe he just opened up the case against his son.

Its a preemptive pardon to try to prevent ridiculous harassment. If I am the recipeints, I make it clear I don't accept it because nothing will stop the harassment regardless.
