and old. He needs to retire. Even his protege AOC sees him as the old socialist who hasn't accomplished anything for who he is. Really, F Bernie.

If you knew any Latino men other than stereotypes, you would know that many are devout Catholics with strong love for their family. They are some of the hardest working people in America.

I'm sure this is true, but they still won't vote female or gay.
Devout Catholics, as well as devout Protestants, cannot with good conscience vote for what God calls an abomination.

No surprise then atheists, communists, abortionists, and LGBT-blah-blah-blah overwhelmingly have their home in the D party.

Democrats keep trying to say Kamala lost because she is a woman. If a man had ran such a pathetic and uninspiring campaign, such as Romney and McCain did back in the day, he would have lost.

You want her to oral sex the mic too?

That’s how she became AG. Not with mic though…

You Dems better not run Mayor Pete or Gavin Newsom against this guy and hope to have a prayer in the Blue Wall or in NC or Georgia. If Vance picks a woman as a running mate he might pick up way more electoral votes than Trump.

Choose wisely.

Pete would chew Vance up and spit him out. JDs got no game. He’ll be forever chained to Trump, who he described as:
Idiot
Reprehensible
Hitler
Cynical azzhole

Thanks for the laugh

And that is how Trump becomes the president, not with the mic though.

You are a fool. This man ran for the presidential nomination. How is that heckling from the cheap seats. You were too coward to give him a chance to put his great ideas to test, but you are great at insults. You are the one in the cheap seats not him.

Crazy statement. I voted for Bernie in the primary, then Hillary because I did not want Trump. Was it that wrong?

I’m a different poster and I did the same. But you’re calling him a grifter. He isn’t.

Just because he is gay? I thought the republicans are not into identify politics.

Biden’s whole legislative agenda - IRA, infrastructure and CHIPS - was all about jobs for the working class without college degrees, and Americans haven’t realized that yet or don’t care. And the far left Bernie people have done almost nothing except complain about Gaza and support insane protests for the past year.

Biden was not running in 2024. Bernie has no problem with Biden.

Bernie Sanders also campaigned vigorously for Harris. He made many appearances across the Sunday morning shows and cable news and posted many separate bits to his Twitter account making the case for Harris. Pleading for votes. Criticizing Trump.

The mean-girl contingent want to ignore all that and blame students, and Latinos, and Muslims instead of TRYING to find a way to crush the GOP in two and again in 4 years. Idiots!!

I agree that Bernie’s ideas resonate but they will never go anywhere due to Citizens United and social media. The “people” will always be vulnerable to whatever social media algorithms and disinformation is fed to them. It’s safe to say that big tech, hostile foreign nations and the GOP who fuel these methods are never looking out for the working people. Bernie himself was amplified by the troll farms in 2016 despite him disavowing them and never seeking it. He was used as a spoiler to hurt Clinton. Had he gotten the nomination, the troll farms would have been directed against him.

PP. I appreciate your point but it is unfortunately (and respectfully) self-defeating. When people think things can't ever change, then they never do. It can change from the grass roots. If it weren't for bad actors inside the Dem political machinery in 2016, Bernie would have won the 2016 nomination and his ideas would have likely beat out Trump. We would be looking at an entirely different America today. We were so close once and people are more dissatisfied than in '16. If Dems don't figure out how to channel the working class anger at being screwed by "the system", then you risk losing more national elections.

Indeed. Also FYI - last time I attended Sunday service, Catholics had very clear opinion about abortion - “Thou shalt not kill”. All that pro-abortion messaging insults deep religious beliefs of not only many Latinos, but also other ethnic groups that traditionally share strong Catholic beliefs.

It’s all the Latino contingent’s fault! Also Bernie Sanders!

Are you Latino? I am. My Roman Catholic Latina mom voted for Harris, as did everyone in my family.

There’s a lot of competition for “show how we’ll lose again in 4 years in a thread” on the board. Fantastic.

I am starting to think the ineptitude of the Democratic Party is a feature and not a bug. In the end, all of us (except the 1%) are losers no matter who wins.

+1. A lot of Christians-Latinos or otherwise- are very much morally opposed to Trump. We just get drowned out by the MAGAs.
