That old man was going to be the ‘20 nominee until, per usual, Dem party cut his legs out to put the other old man in place.

Bernie has had some good points but accomplished nothing good for the past 50 years.

And Kamala Harris just lost by a landslide to a sundowning convicted felon and rapist who was bringing stand up comics on stage to make racist jokes against Puerto Ricans and Blacks. But sure, Bernie’s wrong and the Dems should just continue with business as usual. Whitmer/Mayor Pete 2028!!!!

This isn't all about Kamala. This says more about the people that voted for the $hit show, doesn't it?

Yes.

Then what else do you want her to say in her campaign speeches and platform? Your work is cheap, show us some ideas.

What liberal media? They are all owned by billionaire blood sucking capitalists who will be invited to Trump's White house.
She wasn’t a good candidate to begin with. Harris comes across as an elitist so it doesn’t really matter what she says. It comes across as performative. The whole “I came from the struggle because my neighbors cared about their lawns” was laughable.

“BuT Trump IS A BiLlionare!” Yes, but he has a blue collar vibe. Harris’ vibe is very white wine and cheese and when she tries to play it down she comes off as fake.

And somehow you equate Trump with regular folk.
You are a freaking tool and dumb as a turd.

Liberal media sold Trump to the masses as eirher regular folk or as the person regular folk should inspire to be. It was great when he was making great money. All of a sudden it's dumb...

This is one time I agree with Sanders. Van Jones tried warning us before too. The current Democrat Party is tone deaf.

It would help if we stop watching then. They will get the message that it is time to change their content. These capitalists are in it for the money. We take away the viewership, and they will learn. They are all rotten to the core.

As we were told in the stock market thread, the billionaires will drink from the trough no matter who tilts the sword. They bi-party opportunists. The mainstream media is not conservative, but they are rich.

If those are the things that working class people care about then why vote for Republicans who have done nothing on those topics. Democrats aren't perfect as a party but they have been on the side of unions, increasing healthcare availability and affordability, jobs and wages for the middle class, and fixing the broken things in our country like infrastructure or social security that is going bankrupt, etc.

The party of fiscal responsibility keeps running the deficit up and then wants to talk about cuts once a different president is in office. The party of family values keep cutting education dollars, doesn't fund healthcare but insurance companies, and wants to deny climate change after two major hurricanes within two weeks, floods, and repeated years of major wildfires.

I like Bernie but don't think he is completely fair. In the exit poll, only 30 something percent of the voters say economy was their number 1 issue.

They got crushed among Hispanic men and working class voters in general. It might be because they see the party as representing the cultural and economic interests of well off people. As with Trump, Bernie can relate to these same working class people.

But ignore what he says and nominate someone who working class people don’t like next time and see where that gets you. But don’t say you haven’t been warned.

Trump is a con man. He is part to the rich and the elite. He was campaigning with Elon Musk who is the richest man in the world. These working class people are too dense to realize that he just spews nonsense. They also would never vote for a woman of color. If they had a brain they would realize Trump and Musk are part of the problem and belong in the billionaire class. But they would rather vote for a white male who is a convicted felon than a woman.

That’s the things. Democrats actually care but their messaging is terrible. They really need to do a complete overhaul of the DNC and get some new young faces in.

I completely agree!

So who has the right vibe? Walz did not seem to be enough.

Shapiro should have been the NOMINEE. Not Kamala.

Right, and he would win Michigan?

Michigan and Pennsylvania have voted the same way in every election except four since the civil war.

It’s the culture wars.

The GOP was more in line with the general population. Dems were going on about trans this, trans that; masks; equity; defund police, blah blah.
