Why are high school or “building principals” (is that an FCPS title?) even posting on X/twitter? Is this the official principal’s account through FCPS?

That said, this is a tragedy that calls for empathy from school leadership. The response here is in stark contrast to that of nearby W-L in Arlington where the admin in both its public statements and actions supported the school community after the school lost two standout student athletes.

A lot of them are day labor workers, so the can make very little and so many adults in a small apartment.

That is what happens when an administration consciously decides to open the border wide-open, and 7,000 people per day ( SEVEN THOUSAND ), simply walk right into your country unchecked.

How did Hillary put it? “Open trade and open borders.”

12,000 people just this Tuesday. We have no idea who these people are, trafficking of drugs & people is a known issue....yet we expect different outcomes for our kids & our public safety? 😭 Many crossers admit they are not asylum-seekers and they fully expect to be released to the interior. And we wonder why gun ownership is rising. Please call your rep & demand enforcement of our borders! Your kid or mine might be next.

I’m not arguing for open borders, but what does this have to do with immigration policy? Do you think drugs and ODs are a result of lax immigration policy?

Fentanyl ingredients are manufactured in China and sent to Mexico. There it is synthesized and put into pills. From there it is carried over the open border and into every state and city in the country. Fentanyl is killing people. That’s the connection.

What value does that bring to 99% of the parents? We are just now aware that some unknown kid in some other school died. What am I supposed to do with that information? It has zero effect on me. The number of overdoses should be reported on an annual basis. But, it is essentially useless information, that I guess is meant to make public schools look bad???? Is this part of Youngkin's agenda to ultimately drive parents away from public schools, into private (more religious) schools, and increase homeschooling funding?

This kind of publicity has very little useful information to the vast majority of parents.

This is what I think it's just another "we need vouchers" from the GOP. Younkin loves to stir the pot and trick his voters into thinking he cares.
