BIDEN DROP OUT

Many Dem leaders and older
Dems (most posters here sound like older Dems!) don’t get what a horror-show the Biden MidEast policy is. It’s alienating much of the world AND many younger Dems.

Trump is getting much more likely absent some change of direction from the Democrats and Biden is in the way of that.

Trump is a bigger supporter of Israel than Biden. The young voters won't tolerate that.

Young voters resent being taken for granted by senile millionaires. This might just be a bridge too far for the Democrats’ lesser evil games!

Stay home, undervote, or third party. Also, some Trump votes from disgruntled Dems.

Lots of senile millionaires on DCUM, it seems.

Pretty much. Trump is more pro Israel than Biden. Who would the young voters vote for? Definitely not Trump.

Which means that they have to think in terms of decades. Senile millionaires on the other hand…

DCUM is my favorite place for these trite boomer rationalizations.

Trump represents the F#%K The Establishment vote. No one particularly likes him as a man - not even conservatives. No one who votes for Trump cares about policy. It is a burn it all down vote. Trump is a middle finger to Washington.

If Democrats can't keep their coalition together - college educated women, minorities, young people - they will lose. As for young people, this is the tik-tok generation - highly susceptible to social media trends. And support for Israel after the terrorist attacks does not trend well. Lots of young people are willing to see Trump be president again. To them - bizarrely - it shows they have power. They can punish Biden for supporting Israel. And that gives them a little dopamine hit.

Personally I think it's stupid. I'm old enough to remember how the Nader voters gave that election to Bush. What a different world it would be if that didn't happen. The invasion of Iraq would never have occured. A lot of Muslims lost their lives because of the petulance of Nader voters.

But that's where this generation is at. Counting on them to vote for Biden because Trump is awful is a terrible strategy. And even if Trump falters because of all the indictments and his erratic behavior, the next one up is Nikki Haley and she will win in a landslide against Biden.

If Democrats want to win they need to run someone else.

Yes, no one wants a senile millionaire back in the Oval Office. Especially not an orange one.

I don't think that word trite means what you think it means.

Andy Beshear is pretty damn impressive!

I wish I could vote for him in 2024.

Do you really think Trump is worth much?

After paying all of his lawyers?
