After they defunded them, the Council passed legislation effectively banning pursuits. So, vote. |
LMFAO! DC Health only instituted a lottery system over equity concerns, an admirable effort. Ward 3 residents ended up traveling EOTR because there was a glut of unused vaccinations for whatever reason. I like crapping on Ward 3 too, but you are completely incorrect. |
The Council banned pursuits way before MPD was "defunded." And no, I don't want MPD officers racing through dense DDC streets and putting people at risk to retrieve property. Just another reason to not own a car in DC. |
HAHA nope-you are not a car thief if you get into YOUR car, to which YOU hold the legal title, and drive it away. Even if you hot-wire it. |
They can wear a mask. |
|
I drive an old car that I assume no one will want to carjack, so car companies are not getting money from me buying a new car.

Ward 3 got their shots in Maryland |
Cops are already doing this, except they are MD and VA cops chasing suspects in DC, not DC cops. |
They’re not retrieving property, dumbass They’re pursuing criminals who threatened to murder citizens at gunpoint to arrest them and make the streets safe. |
Silverman staffers threatened to dox those who did and pursue criminal fraud charges. |
What?!? Really? |
Some of us even had to travel to the Shenandoah Valley or West Virginia because of Bowser’s deliberate decision to discriminate against Ward 3 residents. |
This is made up. The state of Maryland, as opposed to DC, allowed anyone to get shots without proof of residency. They did however have prioritization based on age/risk factors. It’s just that they did not have any vaccination centers in Montgomery County. The closest were Ravens Stadium, Hagerstown, Six Flags and Salisbury. |
When we lived on the Hill, our car was stolen 3 times. I used to hope it was gone for good but it always turned up, like the proverbial bad penny lol. |
| Has anyone else noticed that Democrats have turned into Libertarians on crime? When did this happen? |
