No. Jordan can take them. Algeria can take them. All the Arab nations can take them. Those are their brethren.
This is the problem. Israelis and the pro-apartheid crowd have always demanded that Palestinians be forcibly removed and that other countries cover the tracks of Israel's war crimes. Other countries cannot just take in 2 million people. The US has endless debates about taking in millions of refugees. Why do white Israelis always demand that native POC be taken care of by other countries? In most of the ME, governments are struggling to provide for their own populations. Adding millions drains services and resources, and it also teaches countries like Israel that you can commit genocide with impunity.
When Israel first forced millions from their homes in the 40s (and again in the 60s) Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon shouldered the burden with each country taking in millions. In the case of Lebanon, the Palestinian issue caused a civil war between the Muslim and Christian population which lasted 20 years. All because Israel wanted to kill or displace an entire population. And you wonder why their neighbors don't like them?
Stop it with the white Israelis and native POC crap.
Israelis and Palestinians are both indigenous to the region.
Um, except Palestinians are living there now. Lived there 20 years ago, 60 years ago, and 200 years ago. The Israeli claim is two millennia old and they are so far removed from the land its ridiculous. There should be a statute of limitations here but the Brits sold the land fair and square to get them out of Europe. Since that time, Israelis have appropriated food and culture and trying to claim it as their own, while murdering the people who've been making it for centuries. And yes, the vast majority of Israelis today are white, European.
500,000 Jews lived in what is now Israel in 1945, before Israel was established.
Israelis are Sephardic and Ashkenazi — not ethnically European.
Dude, please. There were over 3M Arabs in Palestine at the time the UK transferred to Israel. And 85% of Israelis came from Europe. The idea that they are not mainly white European is false - particularly when it is that privilege, that whiteness that garners so much more media attention over the thousands of dead and displaced Palestinians.
Jews were expelled from Israel and its surrounding areas and had to flee to Europe. That’s where the numerical imbalance comes from.
But our ethnicity never became European. I am Ashkenazi, not Ukrainian, where my family lived. Ashkenazim are ethnically Middle Eastern.
This is too much. Are you trying to tell me that you are not white? that you do not benefit from whiteness? You go outside and people assume that you are Middle Eastern woman of color? Is that how the media portrays you? No, they do not. And it precisely that privilege that has allowed Israel to be a terrorist state for 75 years. They can murder with impunity because their victims are Arabs. If they were killing Swedes, eg, media would not have given their blessing.
Are you serious? What sort of government do the Swedes support and enable? What sort of impunity would the Swedes receive if their government were Hamas?
I don't know. The world support Israel and it has time and time again proved itself to be a terrorist state. It regularly commits war crimes, murders innocent civilians, denies millions their right to exist, and they have never been subject to international retribution. That is the privilege of whiteness. They have literally killed hundreds of thousands and no one cares. We have soldiers who have admitted to raping, torturing, and burning people and villages, and not even a slap on the wrist.
Israel does have extremist terrorist in the Knesset. Elected members who were formerly banned as terrorists but now sit as parliament members so I'd say that they are just as bad as Hamas, but they have been legitimated internationally so they can go to work in a suit and tie.
