Actually there were multiple posts on multiple sites by friends of Joe that he was into swinging with couples. If a VA political candidate can swing, certainly possible.

There were posts about Brendan Banfield that were removed almost in real time.

A lot of attempts to shape the narrative on here. A lot will surely come out.

Astonishing that the au pair has been there playing happy families this whole time and that Brendan Banfield still has not spoken to LE.

Christine, Joe and certainly the child, all deserved better.

LE says the investigation is ongoing into the stabbing and they are looking at electronic communications. More will come out. That Brendan has never spoken with LE is far more telling than the sex life of Joe.

It's not common for the husband of a murdered woman to refuse to speak with LE, esp when he is quasi-LE himself. And to claim to have shot someone when forensic suggested that was a lie and the au pair has been charged is bizarre.

Probably best for the Banfield family to stay off social media at this time. Focus on the well being of the young child.

LE is not backing off this and the facts will be what they are. It's very likely that more charges will be forthcoming, LE clearly stated the investigation is ongoing and they are examining electronic records.

I think LE has spent a lot of time getting ducks in a row and now they want to try to pressure her to flip to make the strongest case possible against Brendan Banfield. I think the electronic communications, including photos au pair shared, texts, communications with Ryan - what and by who, etc. will all shed light. It is very tawdry and sordid. I can't think of a reason Banfield would lie to LE except to protect the au pair. It did not sound like Ryan had known them that long, he was likely meant to be the fall guy. If the forensics tied her to the gun, they may well have identified the stabber as well.

The poor child, starting school without her mommy, etc. The dynamics with the au pair there all this time had to be very strange. And I think someone posted on the other thread that the former au pair came back for a bit? How long had the current au pair been there?
