It's not common for the husband of a murdered woman to refuse to speak with LE, esp when he is quasi-LE himself. And to claim to have shot someone when forensic suggested that was a lie and the au pair has been charged is bizarre.

Probably best for the Banfield family to stay off social media at this time. Focus on the well being of the young child.

LE is not backing off this and the facts will be what they are. It's very likely that more charges will be forthcoming, LE clearly stated the investigation is ongoing and they are examining electronic records. [/quote]
