My great grandma has my grandma at 42 more than 100 years ago. I had an unplanned at 37 from one time sex in years (yes, I was married). I am mid 40s. I still worry about getting pregnant.

Nope all natural. Oddly she is on a medical list of oldest natural pregnancies
