People from other countries always provide more than enough food for their guests, as well.

But good job, little buddy - you tried your best!

People from other countries like to provide lots of shitty party pizza nobody really wants to eat?

Not sure what “party pizza” is, but yeah, good hosts provide more than enough food for guests, instead of too little.

I guess you haven't been to too many venue parties in America. if you don't know what party pizza is. Seems like you just want to trash "Americans" and thought this was a good opportunity. But by the way, all cultures serve the crap pizza at venue parties. It doesn't better depending on whose serving it. If there are 11 pizzas at your party vs 6 at someone else's I'm not going to be blown away at how rich and gracious you are. It's not really that impressive.

You seem confused about which PP you’re responding to.

Not really. Either you're the one pretending to be dumb about pizza served at kid parties or you're the one who likes to claim only immigrants know how to host. You don't need "more than enough' you need enough. That's it. Wasting food for show is pathetic.

I don’t know if you have some sort of brain damage, or if you’re just trolling.

Is English hard for you or something?

No, as a native English speaker and non-illiterate, I’m easily able to follow a simple conversational back and forth, which is why I’m not confusing which of the above comments are “trashing Americans”. If you start at the very first comment, even a child could understand.

You can’t follow a simple convo lol

You need a lot more pizza. We get dominoes because it’s cheap and need quantity for parties and sleepovers. For the $5.99 or 6.99 medium special, I order 1 pizza for every 2 girls at the house. They are 12. For my older teen son, it’s 1 pizza per kid on average. I’ve been doing that since the boys were 10-12. Don’t underestimate kid’s appetites. Adults won’t eat a lot. Many kids will.

I would get 8.

me again. If the pizza place suggested 4, I would follow up with them. I would tell them you want to have at least 2 slices pp. I would definitely get 7 at minimum. UNLESS there's something we are not considering. Is this ledo's? Maybe it's some other shaped pie that we are not considering. That's why you need to follow up with the pizza place.

IDK, maybe don’t want more pizza for a week or so. Refrigerator dries pizza, freezer doesn’t.

+3 We freeze pizza too.

Have you never needed a quick dinner during a busy weeknight and pulled a few pizza slices from the freezer fir a fast meal?

There's a whole freezer section at the grocery store with frozen pizza options. Why is frozen pizza a weird concept to you?

Some of us can’t relate because various members of the household (including DH) are going to eat it late at night or for breakfast. No matter how much is left, it will soon be gone.

Fractions!!

Right… but you are assuming they can’t finish an entire piece. I think it will encourage them to eat more. Rather than eating two regular pieces some of these kids are going to eat 5 half slices. How many are actually going to eat half a slice of pizza?

This thread reminds me of the parent who got 2 pizzas for a very hungry teen baseball pool party. One kid alone could easily have housed half a pizza in a matter of minutes.

These threads always remind me of how prevalent eating disorders are. So telling how some people keep using the words “scarf” and “inhale” to refer to eating anything more than one slice of pizza

Op I’m sure the pizza place misheard you. I’d order 9 pizzas. Don’t be the party host with insufficient food. I’d expect to have two Leftovers max

8 is the number

Anonymous wrote:For 27 people, you need at least 7 large pizzas (8x7 means two for everyone). Don’t double cut for that age range. They are too old to treat them like toddlers. Double cut for the under 3 crowd but not more. It is stingy.

You can always use leftovers, but running out of food is gauche.

This. I'd probably get at least 8 though.

I don’t think this was a serious question. Of course that’s not enough pizza.
