Yeah I find the campus a bit ugly and strange. “Woo slave buildings!” I guess being educated on the plantation has its appeal.

Are you sure you want to go down that road? Make sure you don’t have some well known Ivies or uva on the list.

It was the same at a private high school my kids attended too. No idea why any adult thinks that official peer judgment is a good idea in today’s world. Kids are anxious and depressed over feeling constantly judged already. May as well just hand them a rope or a gun.
