Plus (not that this show is one for realism), but it would be totally unrealistic if the team actually listened to him. A lot of the girls were seniors. There’s no way he’d be able to maintain any control, if he even cared to. The whole Shauna carrying Jeff’s baby/Jackie sleeping with Trevor/psycho Misty stuff would be uncontainable.

At least he taught them how to prepare game

That guy has 1 leg and no clout. He knows he’s outnumbered. 1 wrong move and they’ll turn on him first. Look how quickly he shut up when Lottie told him to stay out of the argument.

Oh please. He was well respected and they did listen to him for awhile. Now they are like teens that rebel against their parents.

They wouldn’t have been able to shoot and hunt if it weren’t for him.

Anyway, all the things that happened in the last ep and people are focusing on coach?!

The best shooter, Nat, already knew how to shoot. He’s suppose to be an adult. He never actually acted like one and should’ve figured out how to bring Jackie back inside. The head coach literally risked his own life to prepare most of the team for a crash landing. This man couldn’t even figure out how to get a teenager back inside a cabin. Her death was shocking but yeah, what would you like to focus on?

Most of the team slept outside the night before. They don’t have the weather channel so he didn’t know it would be so cold. Jackie should’ve come inside on her own. She chose to freeze to death, quite possibly a better way to die than would have otherwise been in her future.

I think it's the spirit of the man who built that hut and he will be a haunting... in season 2.

I’m wondering if, in the future, we’re going to see any of the Yellowjackets we haven’t yet seen as adults. There’s a reference to Lottie in the finale suggesting she’s out there somewhere, and there’s already a lot of people online making casting suggestions about that. Will we get to see more of some of these girls as adults?

A.L.: We will. That is absolutely the intention.

Are you taking casting suggestions?

B.N.: We are definitely taking casting suggestions.

A.L.: We’re in early stages. We have not cast anybody yet. And people have made some really brilliant suggestions. We were joking earlier, like, if enough people say it, maybe they are legally bound: You’ve been drafted by the internet, you have to be in our show, so buckle up. Unfortunately that is not how the world works, but that’s something we’re very excited about moving into season two.

Season 2 will feel like a long wait! At least they're shooting for late 2022, fingers crossed. So now I'm wondering will we get more back stories on characters who've barely had any lines, like Akilah and Mari, or will they be goners over the course of the season? Then there's Javi and Coach Ben, who seem the most likely to perish (if Javi hasn't already).
