I think he's pretty hamstrung with what he can actually achieve - he won 52%-48% so it's not like VA handed him a huge landslide. Anything too extreme and House of Delegates will flip back blue in 2023. Plus, the VA Senate is controlled by Democrats. They may cross the aisle on a few issues, but they aren't going to be passing extreme bills.

No, because they’re committed to a pro-choice platform and they’ve said so repeatedly. Please post a link to any source at all in which Youngkin says he is pro-choice despite personal beliefs, as President Biden has said—many many times. Thanks.

+1. Both Kaine and Biden repeatedly made this clear. I watched all of the debates and every appearance I could find and never heard Youngkin publicly do the same.
