| Pay for CVS or Righttime or go to free drive up testing? Have to take itv3 days prior to arrival |
|
Good luck. Took 8 days to get ours back and I heard the back ups are getting longer.
And, CVS won’t test you unless you meet their criteria (have symptoms). |
| I don’t know if they exist in DC but try looking for a rapid test site that processes the test on site instead of sending to a lab. Otherwise expect 7-10 days or more for results. |
| We went to Righttime in MD 10 days ago and it took 7 days to get results. Paid $35. |

Just go and quarantine. Arrive with food and get take out.
If you must, go to a grocery store when it’s not crowded and wear a mask (obviously). Don’t go to restaurants. Don’t go to knick knack stores. |
| Even if able to get test we plan on NOT going to any restaurants just take out. |

McLean Pharmacy has 2-3 day turnaround (also has saliva test so no nasal swab)
Lee-Harrison Urgent Care did have the rapid test last week - call & see if they still do. Same day results. |
| I went to the drive thru at Howard Co general in Columbia and got the results in less than 24 hours. You do need an appt tho and I assume you need to gave symptoms but don’t know that factually. |
| The MedStar in Friendship Heights does rapid testing. |
| MoCo test site turned around results in 3 days. We got tested Wednesday morning July 15 and received the results early morning July 18, which was the same day we traveled to Maine. |
| I got a rapid test at Medstar in Adams Morgan last week (20 min turnaround) and drove to Maine the day after. We weren’t asked to sign/show any evidence of testing but of course planned to stay to ourselves as much as possible anyway. |
| I ended up getting a rapid test down in Warrenton, VA. Got results in 20 minutes. But it’s a haul!0 |
| Is the rapid test the nasal swab or mouth swab? I did the nasal swab a couple weeks ago and it hurt-burned for 3 hours. Are kids under 18 yrs old required to get the test? |
Where did you go and how much did it cost? Thanks |
