They would’ve if their hostages were not there .

Israel bombed a Reuters news team in Lebanon. They were the only ones on the ground. Clearly marked.

In the 2006 war, Israel bombed a Red Cross caravan which had been given prior clearance to evacuate civilians out of the area. Israel intentionally bombed the Red Cross trucks (with the red crosses on the top) killing both civilians and Red Cross workers.

They are monsters.

You're still assuming, without conclusive proof, that Israel bombed the hospital.

The evidence, in fact, leans strongly in the other direction. What seems undisputed is that Islamic Jihad and/or Hamas was launching from around there.
