How soon is too soon to mow the lawn, on a quarantine Sunday?

8:30am? 9am? Later? I want to get to it before it starts raining... again.

Wouldn’t do it before 9

Not before 9

9, just like every other day

Not before 9 o’clock 🕘, but to be an extra-considerate neighbor, not before ten.

9. Reasonable and before the rain.

+1. 9 is a b*tch move on a Sunday.

What is a nice way to ask your neighbors not to schedule lawn service before 9 on a Sunday? It’s our only day to sleep in.

Not before ten on Sunday unless you use a push-reel.

Dang I guess I’m in the minority. I say 7am

We don't do lawn stuff or noisy stuff early in the day, but that said, I personally think 8 a.m. for anything on a weekend is fair game. I'd be pissed at 7; but 8, to me, is "slept in" by any definition. If it woke me, I'd start my day with no grumbling.

Why don’t people mow the lawn on a weeknight instead of ruining the peace and quiet for everyone in the neighborhood on a weekend?

Because not everyone works 9-5.
