How soon is too soon to mow the lawn, on a quarantine Sunday?

If you've noticed your neighbors routines, you may have a better sense of what time is ok.

I see most of my neighbors out by 8:30. And the ones with little kids I know are up!

8 or 8.30AM is fine. Unless you live in a student town where they all sleep until noon. Grown ups get up at a normal time on the weekend.

Not in single family home/culdesac/kid central suburbia. Nobody is sleeping until 10. If you want to sleep until 10, my hood is the wrong place for you. In normal times weekend kid games start at 8am.
