Grocery store run? Have you not heard that we are being asked to skip going to the grocery store for the next week or two, that the next week or two is critical to our efforts to flatten the curve and avoid getting everyone sick?

Yet you won't hesitate to have a shopper go for you. You want to be outraged - skip your groceries all together for two weeks. |
There is no contact delivery you know... |
No, I don't have a shopper going for me. I'm actually a shopper myself. I'm staying inside and skipping the grocery stores -- like they are advising us to do. We have enough to survive. Would I go to the store under normal circumstances to pick up what we like? Of course. But there are not normal circumstances. We have been stocking up for this -- this time right now. This is it. It's the time to stay inside and don't go shopping. Otherwise what was the point of all that preparation? Use what you have in your kitchen. Don't go out for Amarillo paste. Good grief. “The next two weeks are extraordinarily important,” said Dr. Deborah Birx, the White House’s coronavirus response coordinator. “This is the moment to not be going to the grocery store, not going to the pharmacy, but doing everything you can to keep your family and your friends safe and that means everybody doing the six-feet distancing, washing their hands.” “There will be a lot of death,” Mr. Trump said at the White House, where he and other American officials depicted some parts of the United States as climbing toward the peaks of their crises, while warning that new hot spots were emerging in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Washington, D.C. |
Ok again... people are delivering this stuff with no contact |
