Be honest, I can take it! I like more “unique names” so keep that in mind.
Girls: *Leighton *Lennon *Everly (although may be becoming too popular for me) *Lainey Boys: *Wesley *Easton *Weston *Colton |
Lainey or Wesley. The others are very red neck. Who in their right mind would name a little girl Lennon? |
| Leighton is awful. |
| These are all really terrible. Back to the drawing board, OP! |
Yes I agree. |
| Do you live in Kentucky by chance? |
|
I have a friend who named her daughter either Lennon or Lennox, but she goes by Lenny (which is why I forget which her real name is). I think it’s fine. I would prefer Laine to Lainey. Leighton sounds vaguely southern. I don’t love any of them but suppose if I had to pick one it would be Everly.
On the boys list however, I’m afraid Wesley is the only one that doesn’t sound like the child was born to a teen mom. |

Lainey is ok...I guess. What about Elaine and nickname Lainey? Guessing that’s not your style but it gives a little more option to your daughter as she grows up.
Don’t like any of the boy names at all. But I know a Weston and he’s a great kid so if I had to choose I’d pick that. |
Op here- haha no, Connecticut! |
|
Op here-
Lol thanks guys. Leighton is honestly my top girl name. I heard it a few months ago and absolutely loved it. We were considering “Layne” as a name but I feel that’s very unisex which isn’t what I’m going for. Husband is 100% wanting Easton for a boy and I love Wesley (Wes) for short but apparently he knows a Wesley from school and he hated him so..

All of them are awful and very Teen Mom...
|
| I like lainey and all the boys name |
Not all of us like Madison, Elizabeth, Ava, etc. |
The only Leighton I know is a boy. So I think it’s unisex. |
|
Oh dear please don't name her Leighton.
Lainey and Wesley are okay. |
