Minnesota can charge the shooter, but because he’s a federal agent the US Attorney can invoke the supremacy clause to remove the action to federal court and can either dismiss the charges, or put on an intentionally half assed prosecution which should it result in conviction, Trump will issue an immediate pardon. Or he will simply preemptively pardon the murderous agent. Since Trump and his DOJ leadership are both utterly corrupt, I suspect this POS is going to get away with murder. |
Fascist apologist. There are no but’s here. |
| If she was really blockimg traffic, then why was the car ahead of the agents' truck able to go around her? And why was she waving the agents to pass her? |
|
Oh wait. The SHOOTER already passed by her car, and then came BACK to stop her?
So how can he claim she was interfering and blocking him? The guys in the second car could claim that, possibly, but the shooter already went by her. |
There are a lot of people who don't want to believe they were wrong to support the ice escalation. People don't like to believe they were wrong. Even full brained people suffer from that. The first shot is at 11:52 in that video. We can see that the shooter's legs were clear of the vehicle. He shoots then pulls back his left leg, leaving clearly visible empty space between himself and the car. |
And then fires two additional shots through the driver's side window at point blank range. This is not the work of a seasoned well-trained officer. |
Yeah that is what gets me the most. NO REASON for this except malice. |
Stopping is an option |
His job is to stop her. JFC |
JFC that is NOT his job. He wasn't on traffic duty that day. He wasn't even prevented from going around her car. He went around her car, parked his car (in the road illegally, I am sure), and walked BACK to confront her. JFC. |
Holster. It’s called a holster |
So if an off-duty police officer sees you in trouble, they should not stop to help? |
