No one with at least half a brain is questioning the obvious unnecessary use of deadly force in this circumstance. At least this is the case in law enforcement circles. How politicians spin it is a different story.[/quote]There are a lot of people who don't want to believe they were wrong to support the ice escalation. People don't like to believe they were wrong. Even full brained people suffer from that.

The first shot is at 11:52 in that video. We can see that the shooter's legs were clear of the vehicle. He shoots then pulls back his left leg, leaving clearly visible empty space between himself and the car.[/quote]
