Uh, would like to know what else you consider “hit and heavy” as no one has commented in almost 4 days.

Some privates can provide scholarships for academics, some provide for sports, but others operate like an Ivy, where its not based on scholarship, but "need based".

Not a ton of money for girls lacrosse in high school. It’s pretty far down the list of sports.

When you say "not a ton", do you mean zero or close to zero?

just want to remind folks here that plenty of public school girls have been recruited just fine without jumping to private....you can go round and round here but you may want to consider if it is worth making a switch in high school for one singular reason when they can stay public with friends and achieve the same results...not to mention the girls will be starting superstars at public school while likely will be on the bench at a private....what does that do to a girls mental heath at a pivotal time? Is it a boost or a let down? all things to consider

Good fund raising can provide teams with more money than they know what to do with. Simple things can finance spring trips, speed and agility coaches, and quality equipment.

This is true for every sports team in America. The PP was clearly talking about athletic scholarship money, which there is none, at least at the lacrosse powerhouse schools.

If it had indeed bee infiltrated by the 2028 Donkeys the number of pages would be 10X.

It’s early….
Cap 27 weekend is actually the most intriguing of the weekend. Underrated, it could foretell the future of the club given their bracket.

Good luck to them.

Yeah... been trying to prepare the past and present Cap moms that love recruiting future Cap moms. They don't want to hear it. Water will find its level and there's still a lot of time left so nothing set in stone yet.

This is incoherent nonsense.

OK:
- Capital has enjoyed great success for awhile. They've been top 10-ish teams for a bunch of those years.
- Once you slide out of that group, things get exponentially harder.
- If you run out a couple of years of that in a row, it would be my guess it could get real tough to run a model on peeling all the top players in the area, depending on the circumstances.

And as far as play, one weekend doesn't mean they can't improve and get better results. Which is also what I said.
