I said it was Kate from the beginning. There's no other reason a SIL would not introduce a SIL to her newborn daughter...ever. And barely let her look at her newborn son and they were standing within feet of each other.

I imagine Kate was annoyed with Will for 1) allowing Meghan to come and 2) making her play nice with Meghan. Kate has always behaved the best of everyone. She must be at the end of her rope.
