Is anyone else watching this? I basically binged the first five seasons over the course of 10 days after being turned off by the obvious gimmick name.
But I find that I am loving it and am going to be so disappointed when it's over at the end of this season - season 6. I really didn't know anything about it (other than the riches to rags setup) when I started it. I found myself really touched by the cute David/Patrick relationship. I think Eugene Levy is a little one-note, but still hilarious. Catherine O'Hara is so over the top. The daughter is also kind of trip. Stevie is a great supporting character - she cracks me up in her interactions with David. The one low point for me is Chris Elliott as the town mayor, but I have never found him funny, so that's consistent. Anyone else loving the show? |

I have been singing this show's praises for six years now - or however long it's been on. I love this show so much. I love it so much that I've gone from wishing I could hang out in Stars Hollow to wishing I could hang out in Schitt's Creek.
I don't want it to end, but I'm so grateful they gave us this half dozen beautiful years. |

Is Season 6 airing? Where? I didn't see it on Netflix.
I freaking love this show. |
Pop or Amazon Prime |
| Watched the 1st ep excitedly and was totally underwhelmed... |
| Ohhhhh I like Chris Elliot!!!! At first, I HATED him in that character, but I changed my mind entirely. |

I love Moira and her wigs - last week when she was saving her "bebes" from the fire after being locked in the tempermental latch closet and her legs had gone numb? Comedy gold
Patrick is adorable Twyla is completely underutilized (she is also Eugene'd daughter/Patrick's sister IRL) |
| It's the best show. I'm sad I have no more left to binge. |
| randomly came across it on Netflix and now I am hooked. It is a great show. Dan Levy (David) and Eugene Levy (Johnny) are a great writing team. |
Yes. That was classic. I don't really find Twyla underused. The show sticks to a pretty set formula. I think it works. I don't really think about the life of Twyla. I would like to see more of Stevie this season, or more of Stevie's story/character arc. Like, I know Twyla grew up in foster care, but what's Stevie's story? She seems like she was pretty stuck in life - after her role in Cabaret maybe that will change? Her understated delivery and sarcasm is so funny. I just re-watched the slumber party episode. I love her in that. And when she figures out Patrick wants to be on a date with David. Love that scene so much. |
I don't think prime has later seasons |
You really need to stick with it. It takes it's time to unfold but it is so so so so worth it. |
