Trump has been trying to rig elections because he is so incredibly unpopular. Took an amazing economy and lit it on fire. There isn’t a thing he hasn’t destroyed and he knows accountability and the end of his government of drunks and grifters will be coming to an end soon if the majority of the people get their say.

I’d say the people who voted for him deserve to be put into conservatorship because they have to be clinically stupid given the breathtaking levels of poor judgment coming from them. But I will settle for reducing their influence as a temporary measure.

If 49% of Virginians support one party, but that party is reduced to only 10% of congressional representation, that is a 39 point representation gap.

Using Virginia’s population of about 8.88 million, that equals roughly 3.46 million people worth of representation lost their right to vote.

For historical context, in 1860 Virginia, about 490,000 people were enslaved, which was roughly 31% of the population. so this is even bigger than that.

Trump has a 30% approval rating right now. The vast majority of adults hate his guts. And you want him to have carte blanche to run roughshod over the Constitution and raid the Treasury. Republicans can’t seem to grow a spine to love their country, so we get to tell them to shut up for a bit.

NOVA is outperforming yes. ROVA is outperforming no. Very polarized. NOVA votes themselves 4 new representives by winning statewide by only a few percent.

I can't do anything about disenfranchised Democratic voters in those states, but I can do something about diluting our Democratic votes in this state. The margins in these new districts are going to be pretty slim, so I would hate to see it go the other way.

Even if it passes the courts will strike it down this is the most illegal one. Maybe it makes a point for the courts to strike down the not so crazy Texas one.

My 18yo woke up extra early to go vote before school (his school didn't have off today). This kid NEVER wakes up early (or on time ).

But he knew how important it was.

My 18 year old came home from college two hours away to vote a couple weekends ago!

Oh well. Kinda like DC residents have no electoral votes and whereas states with less residents than DC like Wyoming have electoral votes.

Didn’t 70,000 votes determine the 2016 election?
