Your assumption that these conspiracy theorists are moms is odd. This is the internet. They could be anyone who googled Charlie Kirk's name.

I am a mom and you can bet if my child was falsely accused like Tyler is being I would fight till the truth came out, even if the real murderer never had to face the consequences. I would make the truth crystal clear to everyone, and the real criminal would have to live knowing that everyone knows it wasn’t my child it was you.

Good grief.
So, when the trial happens and all the evidence is presented, and FBI agents and other testify to the evidence in court under the threat of perjury, and the defendant has an opportunity to mount a defense... you really think they are going to go with "he was falsely accused?"

I don’t think this will even make it to trial.

Because he’ll plead guilty or because he’ll be dead before this goes to trial?

I think he’ll plead guilty

Even if they don’t take the death penalty off the table? Seems unlikely they would do that.

I don’t think he’ll receive a fair trial at this point.

he can't receive a fair trail after all of the (fake) information that Patel has put onto the public realm.

The evidence is overwhelming. But, if the state wants the death penalty, it will have to go to trial.

The evidence is such poor quality. This is terrifying.

They have video evidence, DNA evidence, forensic evidence, digital evidence which includes a confession.
This is far more evidence than investigators had for the monster who killed the 4 Idaho college students.
But, tell us about how it is of "such poor quality." You really are a nut.

There are potentially hundreds of suspects here, it was a crowded campus. The DNA could have been easily planted, do they have any evidence of him holding the gun? He didn’t confess in person.

Oh, please. The bodyguard were there to stop people from rushing him or attacking him face to face.
They did not have security for a shooter that was 150 yards away.

Who are the bodyguards though? That day?

Can you please drop this issue about the bodyguards? If you want this information you'll have to find it elsewhere. Like in the many videos of the event, you could look at the obvious bodyguards and then try to figure out who they are if it's so very important to you.

Regardless, after this performance I think they'll need to change fields. Better security would mean Charlie Kirk would still be alive.

The identities and hand signals of the body guards matters tremendously here.

I posted earlier but maybe mod deleted. The company is Echelon or some alternate spelling. I was able to find it easily then…not now because it was an X post. Coincidentally in that post, there was a pic that looked like the tall, baseball cap, signal guy from rally. He was sitting and smiling in an office setting at named company. Black and white logo.

I think that Tyler had some kind of slow mental deterioration over the past few years. He didn't have any prior issues with the law. His family was all MAGA. The MAGAs I know do not trust medical professionals and definitely do not trust mental health professionals. I'm willing to bet that the family knew that he was having mental health issues but did not attempt to get him any help. Maybe they shunned him because he was gay or whatever. They also supplied him with guns and taught him to shoot those guns with accuracy. They are partially responsible IMO. I don't think someone with mental health issues should be put to death.

They have the guy who killed Kirk. Why are you trying so desperately to make him innocent?

It’s wild! Apparently, her post had been taken down but she reposted. As the saying goes, she should be protected at all costs. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DOpTNQYiPiH/

Apparently it was some type of intervention with very powerful and rich people for Charlie Kirk because he was starting to shift his position on Israel and was platforming anti Zionist speakers. These are the same people who are conspiring against mamdani as well

Anyone know the time frame from when the meeting was held (in the Hamptons, as in East End LI?) and the rally? Did Kirk go to Israel after that meeting? Allegedly, he was “invited” for rewiring because he flipped on Israel. Conflicting info all around this hot mess of leaky deets. I trust CO!

This meeting was the day right before Charlie's interview with Megan Kelly where he was complaining about being called antisemitic for criticism of Israel and complaining about his Jewish donors mistreatment of him.

Maybe people were calling him antisemitic because he held the same views as the men marching in Charlottesville? Just a guess.

So David Berke was the dark shirted bodyguard.

He is a lot like many of the liberals on this site. Bought into the crazy liberal values and rejected his family.

They are either foreign trolls or people who have bought into the foreign disinformation campaign
