Douchery is an adult making shit up to attack kids. There was no audio to the livestream. The video cut within seconds after the team charged the field. I guess now you’ll add the “fact” that your kid said it happened?! LOL. |
| If this really happened PP, I urge you to report it to the school. They do not tolerate such things. |
| Just request the game film and watch the end. |
| The key to winning is learning to do it with class, dignity, and humility. Something parents and coaches should teach. |

Here is the link again to the STA/EHS game: https://events.locallive.tv/events/49939
There is a mass celebration that I would expect any team to engage in after a game like that. You can see I think one kid motioning towards the side. I know that the STA JV team was on that hill watching the conclusion of the game. Because there is no audio it’s indeterminable what was said and who it was directed to. |
A Zapruder film for the the lacrosse community. Hilarious. EHS parent you should be embarrassed and ashamed assailing an entire community on this! |
| OMG, get over yourself with your sissy pants drama. No one is assailing an entire community. 🙄 |
| I am going to guess the people not in uniform acting like they somehow had a hand in winning the game and gesturing to the Episcopal bench were St. Alban's players who were either injured or did not dress for some reason. Most teams will have their non playing members on the bench for games unless they are suspended and then they are sitting in the stands. Aside from all that, I have seen worse displays after a victory like that....100 times worse so it was not all that troublesome for me. If I were STA's coach I would have told the non uniformed players to STFU and act like they had been there before. |
HA HA! 1000% |
Was also there... The fans on the home side were ALL of the girls lacrosse team (probably 50-75). They ARE very loud and "respectfully" hoot an holler ALL game. That's who they were gesturing to which may not be inexcusable, but understanding the fact that it was HS boys and HS girls, I "get it". |
That young man at the end throwing his arms up and down like a chicken...it now makes sense. Preening for the chicks. Someone needs to tell him that's not the most effective way to get a date but whatever. |
I need my popcorn. This just keeps getting better and better. First it's a lie, then it's maybe only one boy, then it's more, then they were only gesturing to their JV team, then they were gesturing to the 50-75 members of the EHS girls lacrosse team (that's an awfully big team, even if you count JV and V). Hmm, interesting stories. More importantly, by your own account that's how STA boys behave towards girls and you condone that behavior? Someone is trying to protect their little snowflakes and, instead, just keep digging a bigger hole. Sometimes the coverup is worse than the actual offense. It would have just been better to admit it, learn from it (educate students), and move on. |
| This is the only way EHS and STA maintain any relevance in a DMV lacrosse chat. I'd love to hear more about Bullis/SSSA.....I thought SSSA would put up more of a fight. |
The "get it" poster is an Episcopal parent who shared their personal observations in an apparent honest and fair attempt to place everything in context. No STA parents were allowed to attend. |
| Tomorrow's games are going to be fun to watch. Any predictions? |
