To Seth Abramson? Hell no. Only liberals who are desperate about finding SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to derail the nominee.
Seth Abramson feeds their hunger for hope.

hen Sen. Chris Coons asked Kavanaugh if he’s “ever gotten aggressive while drinking,” Kavanaugh said “I think the answer to that is basically no.”

Brett had trouble back in 2006, the second time Bush nominates him for Court of Appeals. ABA lowered their rating for him then.

“The group’s judicial investigator had recently interviewed dozens of lawyers, judges and others who had worked with Kavanaugh, the ABA announced at the time, and some of them raised red flags about “his professional experience and the question of his freedom from bias and open-mindedness.””

Due process is not misogynistic. It happens to be the bedrock of our legal system. Ms. Swetnick was just on NBC changing her story dramatically from her sworn declaration. When an accuser has credibility issues, the A. is not to shame those who recognize it.

Has the FBI spoken with Tim Gaudette yet? "Timmy" from July 1, 1982.

Who provides the FBI with names to check for security clearances?

You may provide names of those who know you well, but the FBI does not rely just on that. They take your address history and go to people who live near you and around you. I'm guessing that they check with college roommates, and past work history, too.

I know that when I had one (which was a minor background check) that they went to neighbors that lived around me growing up as well as current neighbors at the time. (This was many, many years ago when I had a short list of addresses.) My neighbor told me that the FBI had asked about me. That's the only reason I knew about it.

I've had people come talk to me about my neighbors who are getting security clearances. I'm not sure if they were FBI.

Apparently she collected unemployment while on paid sick leave. She and creepy porn lawyer are made for each other. How lovely.

You rail on the porn lawyer, but not the President, who had an affair with the porn star while his wife was home with their infant. Why?

The porn star spoke the truth and now the president is an unindicted co-conspirator in a criminal case. Don’t really understand the point of this insult.

Wow. Why was this dud even nominated? Makes Seth A’s theories seem more plausible.

Quinnipac University polling, started the evening of Dr. Blasey and Judge Kavanaugh's testimonies:

Support for Kavanaugh decreases among all groups, separated by gender and political affiliation, EXCEPT for Republican women! The Republican men's support goes down (a little), as does the Democrat and Independent men and women's support (a lot), but the Republican women's support goes up, just a little!

Fascinating.
