Absolutely. He gives lawyers a bad name.

This seems significant, one of them is Louisa Garry, who has been a vocal supporter and even appeared in his commercial.

Death threats will do that to a girl.

Source for the motivation being death threats?

+1 The only person who has been documented as having received death threats is Christine Blasey Ford (who had to move out of her house with her spouse and kids).

Are there any evidence of the threats other than her lawyer's statement?

Excellent point here. Everything that people are taking is true about this Ford is what her activist lawyer states is true. We have no evidence that a lie detector test was taken either.

Why not just drop it now? Why the game?

I guess after reading some of the threads in the relationship forum, I shouldn’t be surprised.

He was sexually frustrated and by all accounts a heavy drinker. Not a good combo in a coed environment.

He was 17. Aren't almost ALL 17 year old males sexually frustrated? You people are insufferable. I wish you all would admit that this whole circus has nothing to do with the alleged incident(s). You just don't want the President's agenda to succeed any any means are justified in your minds.

I think you dont understand that there are a lot of people legitimately very upset that this regularly happens to teenage girls and that the world writes out off as normal sexual frustration.

I don't like the president AND I don't like rape culture. Those two things are not mutually exclusive or contradictory.

You can get upset about it, that's fine. The problem is the blaming without proof. You don't get to label someone as guilty with circumstantial evidence because you are upset. That makes you and your ilk nothing more than vindictive, hateful, bitter women.

God I hope he doesn’t deliver although I really don’t want this guy confirmed. Avenatti is a grandstander who is sometimes right - whatever. I hope that he is making stuff up here. The stuff he alleges is so awful - frankly I don’t believe it.

You can also demand that your senators don’t vote to confirm this guy to a lifetime appt until there is a thorough investigation. If the accusers are lying, by all means, prosecute them. Get them on record and go after them for perjury. I would totally support that. Blaming without proof in a court of law and during a job interview are two different things. You do understand that, right?

In spite of your opinion of him he and Stormy Daniels are giving Trump and Michael Cohen run for their money. Stormy published a detailed physical description of and the encounter with Donald Trump and yet neither Trump nor his (in)famous lawyer are mum. What happened NDA and any breach is to cost how much (is it $1 mil)? Let's wait and see who and what his new client will say. Don't put the horse before the cart!

Is this true? Kavanaugh and other students shamed a girl in their yearbooks indicating they all had had her?

The Creepy Porn Lawyer got nothing. Mark Judge’s ex girlfriend will tell something about MARK. It will require another circular reasoning to believe Kavanaugh is guilty by believing he is guilty.

The comments here are so damned predictable. “He made her do the interview.” His wife “doesn’t trust him.” Face it - Nothing he or she does would change your minds. They didn’t hold hands so they aren’t close. Had they held hands, they would have been “trying too hard.” “It was so sad to see that Brett Kavanaugh showed no emotion.” Had he shown emotion, he would be too “volatile” in your little minds.

One thing that has become abundantly clear - He could provide undisputed proof that he is totally innocent of these allegations and you people would still convict him. Because of “yearbooks” or some other stupid reason. “Well, Georgetown prep was the school you didn’t date boys from so he is not qualified.”

I find it so telling that people here are all about “believing her” with absolutely no proof, no details, no evidence. These women are actually setting back the efforts of abused women.

Avenatti is just destroying Trump at every turn. He’s just a better lawyer/media player than anybody Trump has. Trump supporters are really struggling to find the right line of attack against him. The latest iteration is “creepy porn lawyer.” As long as Avematti keeps delivering, he keeps wining and the radical right keeps losing it over his antics.

You dismiss crime victims so easily because of politics. Sad.

+1 They're like a pack of wolves with a chunk of raw meat tossed into their midst. As you said, NOTHING the Kavanaughs could do would change their detractors' tactics and mentality.
