In this case, child support obligations should start during pregnancy. Fathers-to-be should be required to pay their fair share of prenatal care, increased grocery bills, maternity clothes, baby supplies, etc. Your child is being housed underneath her roof, you have to help pay rent/mortgage, utilities, etc.

We need to increase welfare, as it takes time to get paternity proven.
This aid should be available for all women regardless of income.
Perhaps Mr Trump could sell one of his towers to support this
