House Judiciary Committee planning to authorize subpoenas Wednesday for the full MUELLER report. Will also vote on subpoenas for MCGAHN, BANNON, HICKS and REINCE.

Also, if Barr won't support a brief to the court to release the Grand Jury proceedings, then he is clearly hiding something. There is clear precedent for it and there is no reason not to, particularly since it will exonerate the President, right?

I hope he continues and does investigation after investigation. I hope he continues to speak out regarding his efforts. I hope the American people pay attention.
Because, it will only help Trump win reelection. The more Nadler presses, the more the American people will see this is a political effort.

71% of the American people do not believe Trump.

You are part of the 29%. Congratulations.

Now now, give them some.credit. I'm sure they are just proponents of an all powerful executive branch and concerned that too much power has been placed on the legislative branch post-watergate. It definitely has nothing to do with hiding the report.

71% of those polled do not think Trump is cleared as a result of the Mueller report.

This is fake news. 29% say they believe the report clear Trump, 40% say it does not clear Trump, the remainder is not sure.

And 99.9999999999999999999% have neither seen nor read the report

They said Rs would not accept the results of the election and the Mueller report. This is all hilarious to me. Liberals just can’t deal with losing. Give everyone a trophy mentality has damaged a whole generation

You honestly think this is about winning or losing? You must be one of those spite voters, projecting.

Because the rest of us are worried about the lies and corruption.

This is hardly a liberal conceit.

So glad that has been cleared up /s

Link? Citation? Video clip?

HRC paid for a spy to gather information on Trump and actually had the unverified dossier leaked to press and given openly to elected officials.

Exactly.

Chris Wallace blows a hole in that FISA conspiracy bubble

https://www.rawstory.com/2019/03/watch-chris-wallace-slap-fellow-fox-anchor-bogus-claim-steele-dossier-started-russia-investigation/

Is Fox News fake now?

We don't really know WHEN or WHAT was the start of the investigation.
That is why we need an investigation regarding the FISA warrants. We DO know that the Steele Dossier was unverified, yet was still included in FISA warrants. Only verified information is supposed to be included. We also know that those seeking warrants did not inform the FISA court of this fact.

Tips that come in to the FBI rarely come from devoted supporters of the person or organization about which an allegation is made. The FBI knows to question the motivation of the source, but that in itself does not invalidate the information. If it did, not many warrants would ever be approved. They knew this came from opposition research, and they verified enough information to justify the investigation and the FISA court agreed. That is how it works.

It is quite funny and quite sad at the same time. What a waste of collective energy!

Coming to the conclusion that Trump could not have obstructed justice because he didn't commit the crime he was trying to obstruct is just moronic. We all know that Trump will lie, cheat and obfuscate no matter if the original crime or misdeed was committed. He has done this his entire life. For this very fact I want to see the full report.

While moronic, it is literally the argument some on the right are trying to make.

I would also argue that if Trump weren't dangling pardons, some who are going to spend time in prison likely would have flipped. So in other words, the obstruction may have worked to cover for the base crime, but obstruction itself is still a crime. And not a "process" crime.

So will Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Roberts uphold or deny a congressional subpoena on the Mueller Report?

There are 9 justices on SCOTUS. Not just 3.

The law is pretty clear that the report has to be redacted. Judges interpret laws, especially the three you mentioned.

Actually, the law is pretty clear that it has to go to Congress unredacted!!!!

Redactions are only for the public
