When did ignorance of the law become a viable defense? |
I suppose when Hillary set up an unsecured server in her basement and transmited classified info. Apparently she didn't know that was a no-no. |
Hahahaha |
At the time she set it up, she was following the exact lead of her predecessors as both Colin Powell and Dubya did this. Yes, it is illegal now, but even with that, all of the Trumps are using unsecure phones. Where is your outrage? Kushner uses WhatsApp. Where is your outrage? |
Not the same at all. Did these individuals set up an unsecured server by which to transmit all their email? |
Yes. Where is the outrage? |
Hillary’s email - never hacked - lock her up Trump’s phone - hacked and STILL USING TODAY - look the other way |
You're not arguing. So Powell (whom I really liked) and Bush were leading during a different time period. Clinton should have known better. At least her staff should have known better. And yes, Trump's staff SHOULD know better. But do 50 wrongs make a right? What's your point? Maybe our country should be smarter in WHOM it chooses as its leaders. |
Thank goodness her email was never hacked. These were dumb moves on the part of BOTH parties. Maybe it's generational? I certainly don't want an AOC type in charge, but a SMART, younger person would know better. - 52 yo |
Actually DoS didn’t have a policy on this topic until HRC created the need. |
It's all just so quaint. It's good to reminisce and laugh about the silly things that once seemed so important. |
