That video is posted upthread and that’s not what it shows. But regardless he shot after the vehicle was past him. One at the front side angle (through the windshield) and the other on the side.

There are at least two videos shown by CNN. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit when played in slow motion.

Nobody is buying this. He clearly was not hit and no real LEO would call this a clean shoot. He’s a murderer

Like the previous poster said, this is not the first time someone has used a vehicle to ram an ICE agent. In fact, the agent who was hit by the protester today was also dragged by a vehicle driven by sex offender Roberto Carlos Munoz in June.

And ice agents have been ramming people for a year. Now they’ve escalated to murdering women in the street.

If they were uniformed Minneapolis police, they would have a right to arrest her and charge her for blocking traffic. I agree with that. It's illegal to do what she was doing for a "peaceful protest" and she should have expected to be arrested.

If uniformed police approached her and identified themselves? She should not have driven away. BUT even if she did - they would know that they can just look up her license plate.

But these were random ICE agents who just happened to be driving near the protestors. They weren't on a mission of any kind? They decided they would draw their weapons to enforce traffic laws? THEY DON'T HAVE THAT RIGHT. They are supposed to be looking for illegal immigrants. They aren't supposed to be patroling traffic. They have no right to put themselves in harms way and then claim someone tried to hit them.

It doesn't matter who and where from the LEOs are, all LEOs are trained on when deadly force is warranted. Any LEO will tell you deadly force wasn't warranted in this very particular circumstance. The officer will go to jail. What this means for the broader landscape politically speaking going forward, who knows?

The third cop is in front in the way of travel, he's the one that shot, not the one with his hands on the vehicle.

Even if he were brushed by the car, which I don’t think he was, but for the sake of argument what kind of idiot stands in front of a 3 ton SUV like that.

At any point in time she could have easily gotten confused and hit the gas instead of the brake, or thought her car was in reverse when it was in drive… that’s why officers aren’t supposed to stand infront of vehicles.

It’s looking more and more like an innocent women, who was trying to move off of a patch of ice, so was waving cars past her because she was on ice and the passing cars were on dry pavement with no traction issues… she didn’t want to skid or slide on the ice and ram into someone so she waited for a clear street, she was doing the right thing, they ambushed her and for that she’s dead.
