What about the sexual harassment claim he settled last year? I’m sure that would resurface and it’s not a good look for Dems.

T-V does not want to run against Harris-Shapiro. Look for any wrongdoings by Shapiro to surface, all pushed by none other than your twice-impeached convicted felon orange clown.

+1 fingers crossed she’ll be heading the ticket in 4 or 8 years

Not sure she wants it that much though.

I think there is so much energy right now that a two-woman ticket would work. It’s infuriating that not even one woman is being considered on the short list.

This and his handling of the Gaza protests could be a problem

Yep. Just saw an anti-Shapiro ad on CNN by a PA-based RW organization.

I'm going summon my inner Carville now and say it would be a mistake to use this weeks excitement to determine the VP pick. It would be a mistake to use the VP pick to prove how progressive we are.
The pick needs to move the needle in multiple demographics/ states and not lose votes .
Whitmer doesn't do that.
Buttigeg doesn't do that.
Shapiro doesn't do that.

It's a mistake to think that such an add means they don't want that ticket.
They are going to attack any potential candidate.
It's also a mistake to choose based on who they don't want.

Kelly is my top with Walz as number 2. Beshear a distant 3. Like Cooper, but truly can't risk him leaving NC.

For what it's worth Kelly seems to be very popular with the public at least in my area of the country. Not in a swing states but I do live in an area that's heavily populated by a demographic we need to win over.

Don’t think there is any way they’ll risk his seat, not with a solid alternative like Walz available. Whom unions like.

The Trump campaign seems most threatened by Shapiro and Walz, which is telling. I don’t think they’ll go with a Jewish running mate at this moment in time though.

Has anyone seen Kamala with any of these prospects? Curious about personal chemistry.

In terms of the broadest national appeal, it’s Kelly followed by Walz imo. They speak like authentic regular people ordinary Americans can relate to.

Agreed. Anecdotally these are the names I hear most in conversation.
