No. You have to qualify to be POTUS to be eligible to be VP.

Assuming not - he seems like a great choice. Also love Beshear. Would be nice for NC to be more within reach - Rs are certainly helping by nominating a lunatic as governor.

That could be the ticket and can help put NC in play as a hedge against Michigan.
