Sorry. You’re right. I was thinking of Controlled Unclassified Information. My point is that even if a document is unclassified it does not mean it can be disclosed to the public. The FBI files are still restricted to people with a need to know. That’s the deal the Committee and FBI agreed to but Empty G violated.
