Nice try AI... this article (in 2019) is three years after the call between Poroshenko and Biden. When did the IMF guaranty these loans and the Zelensky administration is referred in this article.

It is amazing how the right are taking information known at the time in the early 2010's and as part of the Trump impeachment and are once again trying to make it a thing.

As evidenced by facts, Biden was speaking on behalf of the global community - bi-partisan support from the Senate, and our allies, in making the statements that seem to be a new revelation to uninformed rubes who appear to be seeing it for the first time, but in the wrong context.
