Hey, how about I am a coach you idiot and this is what I do maybe you wouldn’t be such a loser if you put a little effort into whatever you do so FO. |
Well said. I am also a coach, that, like you, puts in countless hours, It is definitely not for the money- we coach for the kids. OP shame on you. I'm sorry if you were picked on in your youth. Did you ever look into getting counseling? It might help you. Bless your heart. |

This is a crazy thread. Ok, how about we just ignore that person and move on.

What are the games this week? Patiently waiting on the point spreads.... |
Yorktown is 1-5 and has lost to Battlefield, Oakton, Madison, and Centerville. If they fall to W-L this week, they have to finally be bumped out of the top 10, maybe out of the top 15. |
I guarantee that Yorktown will not lose to W&L. My prediction Yorktown 15 W&L 6 |
Give me south lakes +15 vs coogs |
Monday:
Westfield (+4) at Centreville (o/u 22) Chantilly (+6) at James Madison (o/u 14) Langley (-7) at McLean (o/u 17) Falls Church (+3) at Edison (o/u 19) Tuesday Yorktown (-8) at Washington & Liberty (o/u 18) West Potomac (-5) at South County (o/u 21) Lake Braddock (+5) at W. Springfield (o/u 15) Fairfax (+12) at Woodson (o/u 18) Wednesday Centreville (-5) at Chantilly (o/u 15) Oakton (-6) at South Lakes (o/u 18) Langley (-9) at Marshall (o/u 17) Thursday Battlefield (-13) at Freedom (o/u 25) |
15? Really? South Lakes has been thumping the bottom rung of teams (much like Centerville), so it’s a middle tier team at least. While Oakton should be a heavy favorite, 15 is crazy. |
Tonights Picks: Cville (-4) Madison (-6) McLean (+7) Falls Church (+3) |

Give my Westfield and Chantilly to cover tonight but not win outright. |
She is an outstanding player and a very nice kid, but she's nowhere close to being Charlotte North. No one in VHSL is anywhere close to being Charlotte North. |
Nobody is comparing anyone to anyone, the point is that it’s easy to say “all you have to do is stop the star player,” but that is easier said than done. Some how they always manage to have an impact and help their team win. That mantra is also an undeserved swipe at other players on the team, who can usually make teams pay that focus too much on stopping a single player. |
