If you haven’t bothered to rsvp and it’s three days away from the party, guess what? I’m deleting you from the evite! I don’t want to deal with people accepting the day before or day of the party. Thanks anyway! |
Hm. I wouldn't do that. Two wrongs don't make a right. |
Don’t be a child. Maybe they forgot. Send them a text. |
Good! I don’t think it’s childish or anything. I think when you need do you know who is coming and have a deadline you were well within your right to delete somebody who never bothered to reply . |
I think it's fine also. They can't be bothered? Or are they waiting to hedge their bets and see if a better offer comes along? Well, this offer is now closed. |
I send a reminder e-mail 1-2 weeks prior then do delete non-responders a few days before the party. At that point, I consider numbers finalized and all my preparations are done. |
Do you know they've viewed it? I've had evites go to my spam folder, and I appreciated the host sending me a direct email or text asking if I got it, because I hadn't. I'm glad they made the effort to reach out to me versus assuming I was just lazy. |
Do it! But be prepared for people just to show up anyway, without having RSVPed. Because when some people are rude, they go all the way! |
That's very petty. Did you send a reminder? Your kid's party is really not that important. |
Not OP, but it tells you if they have. |
To everybody asking if she sent a reminder, Evite automatically sends reminders for you. |
I would have done it the day after the rsvp date but I wouldn't do it with malice. |
OP Evite is strange. Sometimes you think they saw the invitation and they didn't. I won't be surprised if people show up after you delete them. |
In this day and age, I’m shocked at the number of people that don’t scan over their spam folder every few days to find stuff like this. It’s not that hard. |
Point is, they didn’t RSVP, and they won’t have info on the time and date anymore. |
