Right. The situation was dynamic and evolved -- just as with the homicide at Lululemon, where Ms. Norwood killed Ms. Murray using basically every single object in the store, as the night wore on. (scissors, display easels, hammers, a rock used as a doorstop ...) |
She could just be dumb. |
A couple points before too many more people throw this woman under the bus: 1. She WAS scheduled to work. It's not a "coincidence" that she was not there -- the voicemail and text (both from times when police seem to think family was already being held) told her not to come. And it is an objective fact that she received that voicemail and that text. 2. She phoned on Thursday morning after the text from Amy S. -- got no answer. If you were told the family was sick, would you then call the police or assume they were sleeping or at the doctor? We don't know the answers -- and I'm sure police will also check for people who might know her -- but she also worked for the family for 20 years. Not a new/recent hire. |
The more I think about it, the more I think housekeeper 2's story is fishy. So much effort into making sure she didn't come to the house on a day when she hadn't even been scheduled to (because she was working @ the studio other days that week). Did she have a key to the house? If not, why would the suspects care if she came knocking..they just wouldn't answer. I may be overthinking, though. Just think it's a little odd. |
She is such a moron. Has she ever written a column that was not ill-timed, opportunistic, or far too obvious to merit the space on a printed page? |
I thought it's been stated in the media that she was scheduled to work Tues, Wed and Fri at the studio INSTEAD of Thursday at the house..if that's true, then she wasn't scheduled to work Thursday. I may be confusing days. |
She warrants a good looking-into, IMO. Now, one of the TV people said that the abandoned car was near the home of the slain housekeeper, but we don't know how near. (as in the S family home said to be so close to the VP's Residence) |

My DH is a successful engineer/CEO and has side projects (wrestling, etc..), his fun/passionate projects. |
Could it be that it was someone Housekeeper#2 knows but that she was not in on it? Maybe they wanted to make sure she didn't show up? |
The Carr brothers followed women home because if they drove an expensive car and lived in a nice place, they must have a safe in the house full of money.
A few years ago a kid working on a home for an affluent couple told his friends a safe was put in the closet. They went to rob them one night killing the husband. I'm getting bad vibes about this 2nd housekeeper. Not saying she's involved BUT she may have told someone the family had a safe full of money. This person knew the family and they knew him. I'm thinking it was a relative of the 2nd housekeeper that did work for the family sometimes. Maybe this relative worked on the lawn. Thinking about gasoline. No one came to the front door with a gas container. The yard people had gasoline. I don't think the package contained money. If it did, most people would assume it was ransom money and would alert the police ? Someone's hinky meter would have gone straight into red alert. I think by the time the husband got home it was too late to go to the bank. Thus the perp stayed the night. If anyone in the neighborhood saw the wife leave the next morning they probably didn't think twice about it. This could be why she was not killed in the same way the others were. The perp needed her to get money. As for that NY article, it's bullshit. People are understandably curious because affluence buys you security. The best security available. Security these people most likely had yet look what happened. If this can happen to people that have access to the best, what do people that can't afford the best expect ? That they will just be killed ? Won't have a chance should they end up in a situation like that ? It rattles you to the core. This whole thing is horrific. And horrific doesn't know wealth, race or anything else. These people had evil kill them. And most likely an evil they knew and were nice to. |
I agree with the theory of holding the family in the house with one perp while the other drove to the bank with the mom or dad to order a wire transfer.
Perhaps the they arrived too late on Wed. to make that happen? They need to be ordered before 2:00 at our bank. Could the delay in leaving the house be caused be a time difference between the east coast and the receiving bank (and therefore the confirmation of funds)? |
Too risky. If someone took me to a bank I would make sure to figure out a way to get the cops involved. I would not believe they weren't going to kill us all if I hooked up the money. |
I thought one location was hyattsville and the other one was silver spring? |
Wouldn't that be risky letting her speak to the teller. At our bank our teller would be suspicious if someone other than my kids or husband came up to the window with me to wire money. |
