Fire in upper NW?

fox 5 reporter stated on twitter that the porsche that went missing and was found later was usually driven by wife of owner (i'm assuming they're referring to the owner of the home). also that 2 housekeepers were escorted away and appeared shaken up.

So maybe there was a burglary this morning and victims were murdered (taking Porsche with him/her)? Maybe murderer returned (without Porsche) to set home on fire to cover murders up?

The Daily Mail has a more detailed article on the matter. It is so very sad, my heart goes out to them.

But I thought the 3 adults were found already dead inside of the home...

I don't think the daughter was there. If the housekeeper is one of the victims, maybe it is the wife and her husband's sister (who lived with them, I read).

Anonymous wrote:This really doesn't seem like a burglary to me. It seems very strange that four people were in the house, including what appears to be the 10-year old son in the middle of the day on a weekday (teenage girls go to boarding school). The police are looking for info about a Porsche that was there earlier in the morning. This is very strange...

PP, I agree with you. Did the father not go to work this morning? Did the son not go to school today?

I read that the father's sister lived with them. So the deceased adults are the parents and his sister?

I thought one girl went to NCS?

i'm not the pp you quoted, but it looks like you are correct. 1 of the girls goes to NCS..the other is late teens and out of HS.

No. Attends boarding school in Pa.

How do you know this?

Honestly, I'm very very good with Google.

"A "suspicious" fire at an affluent Washington, D.C. home led to the discovery of four people dead inside, including a child, authorities said."
...
"Within about 15 minutes, "we saw three people come out on stretchers," Carregal said, adding that medics were performing CPR, trying to revive the three."

This article says the house was not occupied by the owner (i.e., the husband). This one says the same thing: http://www.wjla.com/articles/2015/05/four-dead-in-house-fire-in-northwest-d-c--113971.html. So, what does that mean? The parents were separated and the husband didn't live there?

The family has two housekeepers. One reported she received a text from the wife indicating everyone was sick so don't report to work.

The other housekeeper lived in the home with the family. I think that housekeeper had something to do with it. I think she also texted the housekeeper from the wife's phone.

So do you think this is the housekeeper who died?

Who took the Porsche?

Has anyone heard from the father, assuming he was not living at home?

Just re-read the article..how's this for confusing:

"The house is said to be not occupied by the owner who was identified by MyFoxDC as Savvas Savopoulos.

The station reports that Savopoulos, who is the president and CEO of American Iron Works, lives there with his wife. The couple has two teenaged daughters and a younger son."

I should've said I just re-read..not trying to tell the PP to re-read it.

The two daughters were at boarding school. The husband's sister lives in Florida - not with them in DC (according to Wapo). The son did not go to school today b/c he recently had a concussion as a result of a car wreck. So I believe the dead are - the dad, the mom, the son and a housekeeper. Why was the dad home though?
