Sounds like people should go ahead and do what ICE is going to frame them for. The alternative is being shot or being kidnapped. Not much to lose at this point.

-She was a protester. Had car parked perpendicular in the road to block ICE convoy coming through

-They were yelling to move. When she wouldn’t move men drove up closer, got out and tried to get her out of car.

-EMS couldnt get through and ICE wouldn’t allow qualified bystanders to help with first aide. EMS had to come on foot

If they were uniformed Minneapolis police, they would have a right to arrest her and charge her for blocking traffic. I agree with that. It's illegal to do what she was doing for a "peaceful protest" and she should have expected to be arrested.

If uniformed police approached her and identified themselves? She should not have driven away. BUT even if she did - they would know that they can just look up her license plate.

But these were random ICE agents who just happened to be driving near the protestors. They weren't on a mission of any kind? They decided they would draw their weapons to enforce traffic laws? THEY DON'T HAVE THAT RIGHT. They are supposed to be looking for illegal immigrants. They aren't supposed to be patroling traffic. They have no right to put themselves in harms way and then claim someone tried to hit them.

CNN shows two different videos of the incident. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit by the reckless driver trying to escape from law enforcement.

Yes it does. CNN played it twice on AC360 (Anderson Cooper). The second was in slow motion so that viewers could see clearly that the ICE shooter was hit by the SUV.

That video is posted upthread and that’s not what it shows. But regardless he shot after the vehicle was past him. One at the front side angle (through the windshield) and the other on the side.

There are at least two videos shown by CNN. The second video shows the ICE agent being hit when played in slow motion.

Nobody is buying this. He clearly was not hit and no real LEO would call this a clean shoot. He’s a murderer
