Send him to Pride, he’d fit right in with those parents

Wrong. No comparison.

He would not fit in with Pride at all. Also, can't imagine KM and 2028 coach entertaining SD's actions.

Are you saying the Pride parents and club leader are normal and have normal behavior? Talk about lack of self awareness

SD is unique in the world of psychotic lax mom and dads.

Why does the Stars 2028 coach tolerate this? Obviously the other Stars parents are fed up.

What is that coach going to do

Maybe she will cut the parent...?

2nd that

It's a he, and perhaps he could state clearly that the behavior is unacceptable and will affect his DD's place on the team if it continues. If they guy cares that much, that should be enough.

I I think the coaches of that 28 team are 2 females.. Regardless, that is an issue the director of the club needs to deal with, not the coaches, IMO.

Obviously you don't have a clue, so move on to the next thread. The HC is a Male.

Nope.... guess again..

There is a Male coach, and he is a part time assistant. The two gals are the co-head coaches. Why is this such a big deal???

The question, since folks are having trouble following, was why doesn't the Stars 2028 coach address the situation with Stars Dad. The Stars head coach is male, and it wasn't that complicated a question, until someone started talking about the Pride coach, which had noting to do with it...

The head coach at stars is female -2nd year coaching that team. The de facto male coach is the capital 25 coach who helps out when he can.

One coach is great the other one is less than stellar.

The female coach needs to find something other than coaching. The Capital coach is also the one that gets results.

Please, if you dont have something nice to say, then say nothing at all. Two female coaches played at the highest level in HS and college. We feel very lucky have them.
They give a lot of their free time to help theses girls. All three coaches have their specific specialties, strengths and knowledge of the game. My daughter i very happy and s learning a lot from all three coaches-- and the team has improved so much this year.
They seem to work well together and make a great team. If you are not happy, then take your kid to another club!! Stop being so negative. It's simply not necessary.

Now that the gender of the coaches has been definitively established, does anyone have a comment on the actual issue?

Have the Stars 2028 coaches engaged the parents on sideline behavior? Are they working on the culture? We have a near constant theme on this thread encouraging parents from other clubs to consider joining Stars, with the argument that talented players will gather there to play with the future Capital coach. If that is sincere, and not just stray voltage intended to troll or disrupt other clubs, what is your answer to the culture question? Did the parent response after the NGLL game issue make an impact? What's the path forward here?

Capital is aware of the crazy parent and let’s just say they won’t make that mistake again.

Would also be helpful to understand the 2028 coaching situation. Some pages earlier there was a suggestion the 2028 Stars Light Blue head coach, a male, is the presumptive CLC Blue 2028 head coach. It was also suggested that KJ would be involved with the team starting in the fall as a sort of super overqualified assistant. What is the actual deal with the coaching situation?

No we at the st. James won’t engage with that parent. We don’t want to be punched in the face or stabbed in our sleep.

Nothing to see here move along

Don't see Capital doing anything about it, in fact they probably look the other way.

Tryouts a few weeks away. Let the fun begin. Some girls already popping up at other team practices. Some movement will happen.

More importantly, has SD been spotted at another club's practice? Maybe he got asked to leave there too!

Whoever traded the minor league prospects got fleeced.
