Let's talk about 2028 girls lacrosse in the DMV! |
This should go well if the 2027 thread is any indicator. |
For the 2027s, BLC>Pride>Stars. How do the 2028s match up? |
Pride>Stars>All Rec Teams>BLC |
Don't forget about NL. |
For crying out loud, do we really need to predict and analyze the performance of 7th graders? How's K-2 looking? |
Here's a more complete list of 2028 club teams, generally in ranked order. Pride Red STARS Light Blue Next Level Pride White Yellow Jackets South 3D VA Metro Navy Pride Loudoun Madlax Magic STARS Navy BLC - Bethesda Blue Lotus Lacrosse |
Don't forget YJ Mid Atlantic, similar level to Pride Loudoun or Stars Navy. Next Level would be above Stars and right behind Pride Red. |
BLC 28 should just fold a this point. 0-9 this fall. 16 goals scored, 90 goals allowed. oof |
|
David Copperfield couldn't even fix this Magic. |
Serious question to the person who started this thread -- why?
If you are trying to learn the landscape to find a team for your daughter, then fine, but wouldn't you ask for recommendations from real people rather than an anonymous board? Is your actual purpose to placate your insecurity by validating that your daughter's team is at or near the top and to mock the bottom few teams? For what it is worth, I have both sons and daughters who play lacrosse, and the girl parents are by far the more petty and insecure. Just an observation. |
The rankings reminds me, what clubs are active in NoVa for girls?
VA metro was bought by 3D. Pride. NoVa and Loudon. Did Pride Loudon buy the Cavalier girls program? Cardinal seems to have disappeared sine PP purchased the club. Yellow Jackets mid Atlantic. Stars. True, out of Alexandria ( finding it tough to gain traction). Capital VA1 Madlax Am I missing anyone? |
That's because most boys parents are too busy worrying about how many times Little Johnny will repeat 6th grade to gain an edge with dad topping out at 5'4 and mom at 5'. Or the arguments over which over-priced Private school is best, there is no time for being friends. |
Thanks Girl Mom. I rest my case. |
