2028 Girls Lacrosse

Just my observation from last weekend, I wouldn’t recommend va metro or va metro 3/D as they have Rec coaches, moms and dads coaching for the most part. Not fair to these kids and or family’s to make them pay that much money for what you get.

You are my kindred spirit.

Not the case at HS level. Not sure about the younger group.

Wrong. The HS level is even worse. The lack of recruiting is terrible compared to Capital and Pride.

Agreed, after the metro 23 class, they have no talent. Maybe that’s why they sold

The Metro issue isn't so much about talent, but rather the lack of quality coaches, lack of quality tournaments and no exposure at all for the good players for recruiting. When you play in the lower tournaments and in the lowest brackets, that is not a good situation for having players seen and recruited.

Was this topic taking about the 2028’s or bashing Metro?

Here you go, the 2028 Metro team is not good and anyone serious about lax should look to better programs like Pride or Stars. That work for you?

Let’s move on please

Don’t know about all that, the ‘24 team has quite a bit of talent on it. No idea on their coaching situation but the talent is there.

Their recruiting department should hire Mojo Nixon’cause it could use some fixin’.

24, not great at all with talent. There are probably 2-3 that are very good, then it falls off fast. Good luck with that, lets move on.

In Virginia. Yes. Not even close. Tell me any other team better than those two for this age group. Not even close. Go to tourney machine go to us club lax rankings. Data doesn’t lie

Anyone register for AU Futures tryouts? I read somewhere that there were no cuts last year - curious if that is/was true.
