Anyone else irritated with the Target redesign? I can't make sense of it. Everything was so straightforward before; now they've got these "open-concept" corners where they artfully arrange home goods / seasonal items / whatever. And the clothing sections are divided into weird sections. It's much more difficult to run in and get what I need. Now I have to wade through their creative designer's crazy setup. So annoying. |
Yes!!! Nothing logically makes sense anymore |
I hate it! I can't find what I am looking for and there seems to be less choices. |
Yes, hate! |
Are they redesigning the bathrooms finally?
Never mind what gender you identify with those things are caves of stifled air stink. Opening them up and hopefully adding an exhaust fan would be a miracle. I would strongly prefer my son never going in a public bathroom with closed doors again either - I mean, there could be a politician in there. |
SO where are these newly redesigned targets where you are shopping? |
ITA!! |
PP here. I’m in Sterling. |
I like it. They're upping they're game. I approve. |
Upping what game? It's a big box store that's already better than walmart. They didn't need to do some HGTV redesign to it. |
Oh. There are signs up at the Rockville, Md store about the pending remodel. Gaithersburg and Wheaton are still original. |
Fairfax (Guinea Road) is redesigned. |
I just wish they would pick one layout and leave it for a while. They moved everything around our store about 2 years ago. Just when you get used to something new they change it again.
I like to wander around Target as much as the next suburban mom, but sometimes I go in with a mission and a time crunch - I want to navigate the sections I need with ease. |
It would be nice if they would add some seating into the new design. My kids used to love to sit and have a popcorn and a slushee sitting at the garden section tables while I shopped nearby. Adding those in throughout the store would be nice. Pregnant women always need to sit for a bit, sometimes a kid wants to sit and read or someone wants to text home or work. |
Redesigned here in Southern California - VERY frustrating! The store used to be designed on a grid system. Nice and straightforward. Now the store feels cluttered and non-sensical. |
