As opposed to the Arlington plan being give it to one player and let her and dad do whatever they want? |
Your team is no different. Same kick and run. |
| How will the rankings app account for the BY/SY switch next season. It should wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. |
You have to qualify anything that goes against your narrative? |
Agree. MA is a strong conference and the teams consistently hold their own against teams at ECNL showcases like Florida, Kansas City and Dallas. If MA were a weak conference the teams would be blown out at showcases. |
What year? |
Same three clubs according to Soccer Rankings Arlington 2013: 3 2012: 2 2011: 1 2010: 5 2009: 3 2008/07: 4 FVU 2013: 1 2012: 1 2011: 4 2010: 4 2009: 5 2008/07: 6 VDA 2013: 5 2012: 6 2011: 2 2010: 1 2009: 1 2008/07: 1 |
NA is stronger. |
There are only 10 ECNL divisions. Each division would expect to have 2.5 teams make the Top 25. So, having 3 teams is about average. It's not weak, but it is almost the definition of Average. |
Valid question, but I don't think the rankings apps will start over with a clean sheet at all. It should just continue on as it does and incorporate results into the rolling data window. |
Everyone knows. |
Not an even distribution though. It’s average at worst. Southeast, for example. 16 teams. One in the top 25. Concorde fire. |
It might be, Bethesda dad. 2/10 in top 25. |
This would be akin to college sports like football or basketball not starting over after a season ends. Doesn’t make much sense. Each league year should be an entirely new slate. Why would data from this season influence next seasons data when most teams are completely different. Close to 50% turnover on average with the switch to SY |
This. Someone call the rankings app guy and make this happen. |
